Ikea JÄRVFJÄLLET office chair gas cylinder block

By using Ikea JÄRVFJÄLLET office chair (the successor of Markus) I noticed that it started wobbling while moving back and front. It appeared that the block that kept gas cylinder in chair base was broken.

The designed part has 28mm hole in center to wrap around gas cylinder shaft and 46mm to fit in chair base.

Printer in TPU with 70% gyroid infill, then cut by office knife and wrapped around gas cylinder shaft.
