Remix of Noizie Works awesome chamber heater shell replacement, with several design improvements. He has given me his blessings to remix the hell out of this.

Removed previous thermocoupler wire path. Added through barrier wire path. Removed upper mount tab bevel, increased mount size. Supports are still required for tab. Use tree supports.

** It is important to place your thermocoupler directly underneath the heater core. This allows the board to regulate the heater core temperature. Without regulation, the heater core could eventually melt the housing. Any non-conductive cpu thermal paste will work.

[Update 12/01/2024]

Removed partial hole support that contacted the fan and pushed it out of screw alignment (v2.5).

Extended the top tab all the way to the base plate to add strength and remove supports that were once necessary there. You will need a longer attachment screw, approx 35 x 3mm wood screw type. This is optional, otherwise use version 2.5 (v2.6).

[Update 11/13/2024]

Fixed broken front plate file

All holes on the front plate have been counter-bored 1.5mm to make it easier to install brass thermal inset threads. I didn't modify the deeper hole section, so they will still work with regular screws as originally intended.

Some of the hole shoulders were reinforced in order to hot press M3 brass inserts into the holes.

Added a modified back cover to include counter-bored cap screw fitment.

Added the original countersunk cover for screws.

Printed with ABS, 35% Adaptive Cubic or Cubic infill.

As of 12/01/2024 I have printed with Nylon GS, 50% Adaptive Cubic.

It is advised to print with a higher temp plastic, such as glass filled ABS, Glass filled Nylon, PPS or PPA (High Temperature Nylon). >> Refrain from using carbon fiber filled as these are electrically conductive and the heater core is mains live on the outside.

Use long M3 thermal set threads, 8mm if possible.
