One of the cars was a bit too noisy, clearly a gear mesh issue, so i redesigned the motor guard and played with offsets and tolerances to get a perfect gear mesh.
This is the only way to mesh the gears of the Hyper Go cars, as the motor guard does not have any adjustment.
PETG is strong enough for this part, i have used it with a 3S battery for a while now.
I wont try to tighten the screws like crazy, just use Lock Tight. (blue, not red, if you use red, you might never be able to take the screw out ever again)
The STL and the f3d now are centered, as shown in the photo, the blue dimension is the offset of the holes, that will modify for a perfect mesh.It will automatically keep the alignment of the motor gear and screw holes.
The motor guard needs to be tightly fixed, and every printed product has different tolerances, depending on the filament, temperature, speed,, etc. So play with tolerances to have a perfect tight fit of the motor.
Enjoy
