Customisable Roller OpenSCAD

A fairly simple OpenSCAD model to create custom rollers, the style that might go on a bolt.

Settings

Roller Main

• outer_diameter: Outer diameter of the roller
• inner_diameter: Inner diameter of the roller
• length : Length of the roller

Inner Extrusion

• inner_extrusion_diameter: Diameter of the inner extrusion
• inner_extrusion_length:  Length of the inner extrusion

Outer Extrusion

• outer_extrusion_diameter:  Diameter of the outer extrusion
• outer_extrusion_length: Length of the outer extrusion

Rebate

• rebate_diameter: Diameter of the rebate
• rebate_depth_diameter: Depth diameter of the rebate
• rebate_height_position: Height position of the rebate
