If you have an older Danfoss thermostat with broken tabs, this model may help repairing the thermostat so you can use it again.
If any of the tabs remain, you will have to cut them off and grind/polish the surface the tabs was on. On the picture below, the tabs have been removed and the surface slightly grinded.
Recommended material is ABS or ASA printed at high temperature and low airflow for parts cooling to ensure good layer adhesion.
On the picture below, the outer ring has been pressed down to sit where it should be to lock the fixture to the thermostat.
The fixture model (not the ring) will have to be printed with support.
