Hinge reworked from Parametric Hinge by rohingosling https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2187167
Could be a violin or a viola :-) . If cello is desired, use the "cello body" which sports an endpin, and skip the chinrest & case. A cello box-stand is included.

Notes:
The STL files have small parts. I recommend at least 16X expansion to get a printable model. The body (top plate plus bouts) and bottom plate need supports; I found "tree mode" to work best.
Rubber cement, being flexible, is a good choice to assemble the body and plates. Everywhere else I used gel-type superglue. File small grooves in the bridge to keep the strings in place. I used thin thread for the strings. Make a small loop at the tailpiece end, thread thru the loop, and glue to the tuning pegs. The tailpiece includes one fine tuner. The fine tuner is a separate face group, so you can easily duplicate it and add to the tailpiece as many times as desired.
The case is supplied in two versions: with and without hinges, so you can make/use different hinges and glue them on if desired.
