For most parts, using "tree" support works better than normal supports.
Play around with orientation for handlebars in particular to get best results.

Post-Printing =============

Depending on the size you choose and your particular printer, you may need to drill out some of the holes a bit. I have not tried printing the one-piece STL -- good luck! I prefer the split version of the reaction wheel, as it's easy to glue together and makes both sides look better than if supports needed for the single-piece wheel. Print six of the "feet" and two of the "frame clamp" adjustment levers.

How I Designed This

I found a SKP file somewhere on the web; lost the link, sadly. Converted to an STL which had many faults and would not slice. Then I took the object "apart" , fixed each piece, added holes and tubes for assembly, built up parts that were more or less hanging in mid-air, and so on.
