I've lost my original cap, so I decided to take the dimensions and create a basic cover myself.
It's designed based on my 2010 Giulietta QV, but I suppose the battery terminals are just as same as on the MultiAir and on the JTDm versions.
The fit is made to be adjusted with electrical tape! It will fit without any modifications, but I reccomend adding a few layers of electrical or any softer tape around the pins for a snug fit.
I recommend printing it with something that has some heat resistant, normal PLA is not advised. I printed my with Gembird PLA-PC blend and it's just right ;)
ASA is too brittle for it, my first try snapped… PLA will bend. Haven't tried PETG or ABS myself. So use filament as you wish, but remember it has to flex at the pins a bit but also withstand some temperatures.
Printed it on MK3 with 0.4 mm hardened nozzle (hardened because of the PLA-PC blend) on 0.2 mm Quality layer height, took around 2 hours to print.
