D-series ball vise bearing

This is a remix of https://www.printables.com/model/1044776-printed-table-bearing-for-the-d-series-ball intended for use with https://www.printables.com/model/992369-d-series-ball-vise (as a drop-in replacement for the aluminium bearing used in the original vise).

The model was printed in place at 0.16mm layer height to ensure tight tolerances on the bearing.

Fresh off the build plate, it will seem like the two parts have fused together, but you can separate the two parts easily with some light pressure around the perimeter of the inner.

Making a few tweaks to address issues I had with the original model:

• Through holes on the inner part of the plate bearing were not aligned correctly with the matching holes on the spin plate.
• Adding chamfers on the side opposite to the cavities (on the spin plate and index plate) for the M4 nuts and allow the use of countersunk M4 screws instead of heat pressed inserts.
• Adding “fillers” to adapt the nut recesses to M4.
