Designed to have tight tolerances all around. Meaning calibration and tweaking may be needed. I can’t use the inner lid at 100% scale because I used PETG CF for the canister and the layer lines and CF stick too well.
I'm printing the canister and outer lid in PETG CF that looks a bit like pottery. I'll print the inner lid in plain PLA to fit tightly without getting stuck. I still don't want tea leaves just resting in plastic so I'll keep them in their original sealed foil bag.
This container is, of course, usable without the inner lid. It's about as airtight as FDM materials can be given your choice of filament, layer height, and other settings.
I've also added two inner lid versions, stepped to smaller outer diameters by 0.4mm and 0.8mm.
