Easier to print filament dry box spool base

This is a modified version of the popular filament dry box base which I found difficult to print so I have modified it to be easier to print with no need for support and less filament.  This uses the same bearing and can be used with the axel from the original post that can be found here.

Eventhough the front and the back look very similar but the front has more clearance for the desiccant bin.
