Minimalist Garmin Varia seat post mount for Canyon Ultimate (2024) D-shaped seatpost

The seat post should be printed in ABS or another semi-flexible material

Required hardware:

• 2x threaded heat set insert M3 x 5 x 4mm (Voron standard spec)
• 2x M3 countersunk head screw

Printing notes:

• Seat post clamp: no supports needed, print in the same orientation as it mounts to the bike. The thin wrap-around part needs to be printed in continous loops, else it will fail under load! This part requires tight tolerances on your printer, otherwise the two nearly touching ends may fuse - although it should be possible to separate them, e.g. with a chisel. Also, good bed adhesion is needed due to the small contact area.
• Quarter-turn mount: print flat on bed, the Varia-facing side facing up. Print with supports (on build plate only).
