Study model of a cylinder lock in a scale of 2.4 : 1

I prepared this illustrative model of a lock with a key to understand the function of the door opening and closing mechanism

Vždy ma fascinovali mechanické veci, ako fungujú a na čo slúžia. Zaujímal som sa o Cylindrický zámok na kľúče, especially that such a small thing can protect so many things - your home, property, safety and privacy. So I looked at this mechanical miracle in more detail.
Of course, because of this, I disassembled and damaged one of the original locks.😦
This model is more demanding, especially for the post-processing of parts after printing - removal of supports, which were necessary for some parts, their cleaning, smoothing.
Mainly, the printing layers greatly increase the friction between the parts, so I used a lubricant.
I managed to move my model, I was skeptical at the beginning, but I am satisfied with the results.
I hope it will be successful for you too, I will be very happy

The scale of the model is 2,4:1
The dimensions of the model are 160 X 75 X 41 mm without base.
The key is 124 mm long

I processed the instructions in a video

You will need 10 pieces of 7x35mm springs and 3 pieces of M3x10mm, 1pcs M4x15mm

Connect the Clutch parts A+B with an M4x15mm screw to rotate freely

The spacer goes into a Long Barrel

Just as you insert the key pins in the Long Barrel, mirror them in the Short Barrel, then Middle pins, springs and close with Ends pins

Some parts have supports, I uploaded the G-code with the settings 

Important!  When pulling out the key, hold the cylinder, it will pull out better

Modified -thicker Clip ring to prevent movement of the Cylinder when removing the key
