IKEA Alex drawer inserts (fusion360 parametric)

I have designed a fully parametric set of drawer inserts for for IKEA Alex. Grid size is 48.25 x 48.25mm. Inner width of Alex is approx. 6 x 48.25mm.  One can choose whatever dimension is needed from 1 x 1 up the maximum the printer can handle.

Designed in Fusion360.

The files contain also some pre configured inserts like inserts for Bambu labs nozzles, various tools, SD-cards, USB-Sticks, bambu labs glue, etc.

The nozzle inserts are a modular design with the box in 2 x 3 grid size and different nozzle inserts for pure nozzle, nozzle with “cables” and complete nozzles incl. fan.
