Tabs for A6 index cards

I'm including three STLs for tabs (center, center-right/left, and right/left), but the main functionality is hidden in the included OpenSCAD-file which allows you to customize the tabs with your own text or SVGs (I'm using icons from https://game-icons.net, and https://fontawesome.com/ is another good resource for good SVGs).
