  • Printed with Prusa MK4 . 0.15 Layer height  , the bullet belts are 0.1 layer height.

Read Before Printing

  • I highly recommend reading the assembly guide before printing.
  • The order of the steps in the assembly guide is very important. Most of the parts snap in with a click. In some cases cannot be separated without braking the latches. Others need to be glued.
  • Some painting is needed here , please do it before the assembly.
  • The tolerances on this model are tight 0.2 - 0.1 mm .  Non filament joints have no tolerances to insure the parts not getting loose too quickly. They may seem tight or stuck at first but can be freed with little play. Every printer is different so tolerances may vary.
  • It is a challenging build, some force needs to be applied to snap things together , Pushing against a table works best.

Personal Notes

I really liked this unit in CNC  Tiberian Sun and could not find accurate enough print of it so i decided to make my own.

I poured over one available image and a grainy ingame cinematic to learn how it moves, and took some inspiration from Tiberian Genesis mod designs to fill in the blanks.

Its not perfect recreation, In the cinematic its movement made no sense mechanically no matter how many times i watched it frame by frame, so i did the best i could .

To make it iron dome scale i used dummy figures. Scaled them to approx iron dome scale and used them to scale this.
