Pilot G2 complete gift set

An improved version of my G2 pen which can be found here:

The edges were widened to reduce the need for a brim

The clip was shortened to make it more robust.

Tolerences tightened since I'm printing with the Bambu (You may need to add negative horizontal expansion for your printer (XY compensation)).

The Insert was removed at the back of the cartridge

The clip is installed with one M2.5 flat head screw 6mm long such as McMaster-Carr part 92010A016

This version should work best if you have good bed adhesion on the first layer without a brim. 0.4mm nozzle and a 0.1mm layer height. Print with at least 3 walls for maximum strength. 
I did need a internal brim on the body of the pen. 

Update 2024-12-30: Added a body and section design that tighten up the tolerances. Added Bambu X1C 3MF file.
