The ever popular Ozark Trail 7.5" knife has not-so-nice orange scales. I decided to design replacement scales that you can print. I've tweaked the model a bunch to get it correct and I'm pretty close. Do let me know if you print this and how it works our for you.
This knife has become very popular and hard to find. It's the orange one folks are comparing to a Benchmade Bugout - has a crossbar lock. This should be printed at a pretty high quality, I'd print at a high infill percentage too. You probably need support for the “omega spring” cavity.
The latest iteration was a bit too thick in the pivot pin area, I thinned it out but haven't fully tested this latest version. I look forward to your feedback!
