Tie down strap holder

I remixed this tie down/ratchet strap organizer.

1) removed the rubber band holes and instead added a slot for some hook & loop straps I had.
2) I made it longer to handle the straps I was using.

3) I totally redid this model.  I eliminated the inset cutouts which made it a little messy to print.

4) I added a smaller version that should be printable on a Prusa Mini bed diagonally (180x180mm)
