Dipole mount exploded view:
Hole for dipole pipes
Director mount:
The hole in the middle of the pipe, diameter 4mm!
Boom plug or boom plug sma:
For sma plug i used female sma for rg316 (The height of the hole is the same)
Also added an option for attaching the plug and director with a single screw
How it works:
For directors:
1) Simply slides the pipe or rod into the hole until it clicks.
2) To pull it out, you can twist the pipe or press on the “tongue” on the mount.
For dipole:
1) Just unscrew or tighten the screw
Notes:
In the dipole pipe, close to the hole, I melted the solder so that it wouldn't crumple.
Print one director mount first and check that the pipe fits snugly and also fits snugly on the profile, and apply a multiplier if this is not the case. Adjust the plugs in the same way if you use them.
P.S. If you need, I can post .f3d or .step files.
P.S.S The dimensions of my antenna:
Measurement results:
The results aren't the best, so I wouldn't recommend making an antenna for these sizes.
