This interesting form looks like an M.C. Escher drawing. Only this one is real and not an illusion.

I saw this design in Facebook. Someone has made it from wood. Sorry I cannot find the article anymore to give due honour to the one who published it.

So I opened quickly Fusion360 and created a model.

I know it is not new, there are several “infinite loops” here in Printables and in the internet. It was just a nice and quick design exercise.

Show it to friends to start a discussion about Maurits Cornelis Escher (1898-1972). To prepare yourself you can find more about this great artist here:  https://mcescher.com

The difference between this model and the drawings from Escher is that this model is real and no illusion.

You need to print this with supports. I used organic supports. I used a sharp knife to separate the supports from the model.
The .stl model is 10 X 10 X 10 cm. The .3mf file is scaled to  5 X 5 x 5 cm

PS: The fotos are from a previous version, I changed some distances.
