K1 MAX Cartographer cable guide with zip tie

Remix of Steffen's design for Cartographer cable guide.
It has been tidied up, slimmed down and added a slot for a zip tie.

This is for when you are using the LIDAR cable for a cartographer or other probe.

You will need an M3x8 or M3x10 button head to secure.

Added slot for zip tie.
Shaved a bit of weight off (not much).
Added some curves to the square bottom.
Repositioned to sit flat on the bed when opened in slicer.
