Sheet Metal Rolling Machine

This device is designed to be a rolling machine for sheet metal.

Please understand that the design is not perfect.

Parts that you need to buy:

1. Six 608ZZ bearings 
2. Two 697ZZ bearings for the handle 
3. Two M6X1 Bolts, I used 96mm long bolts
4. Two M6X1 Nuts
5. Twelve drywall screws different lengths, better have an assortment on hand 
6. Three 8mm OD stainless steel shafts to fit inside rollers and bearings
7. A 7mm Shaft no longer than 40mm for the handle thumb roller and to fit the 697ZZ bearings on the handle
8. M6 E clip For 36 Tooth Gear 
9. A 3mm OD shaft no longer than 20mm to insert into 36 tooth gear center part for rigidity.

The rollers are designed to have an 8mm OD shaft pressed into them

Note that this build is not easy, you will need to do some of your own measuring work, cutting the 8mm steel shafts to length, adding chamfers to them and so on.

When you have successfully printed all the parts, I hope that it will be clear to you how to assemble it.
