This is a set of pieces to lower the front crossbar of the Ender 5 down along the frame for better visibility and access to the build plate.
There are already some designs out there for this, but most of them drop it by just a bit. This one drops it by 120mm or so. This makes it so that the front bar is completely out of the way for every print other than the large ones.
You'll need:
10x M4 socket cap head screws, between 10mm to 14mm in length
10x M4 T-Nuts
To install, remove the two silver-colored 90 degree angle brackets on the inside of the frame, then remove the two M5 bolts holding the bar in place. Attach everything loosely, then tighten the two on the long part first. Next, tighten the top ones, and then finally secure the front bar to the printed piece and then to the frame.
Recommend 3-5 walls and 5-8 top/bottom shell. High infill (higher than 30%). Print time for me was around 3 hours.
