The 106 Repair Stand Work Tray has a 7/8" hole, two 3/4" holes, and four 1/2" holes for holding tools. I generally put screwdrivers there, but they tend to flop around, and the top-heavy smaller ones even fall out. These inserts fit into the holes and have smaller openings to grip the screwdrivers securely while still making them easy to remove and return.

The inserts should be printed in TPU or other flexible filament. I wanted to make sure they didn't pop out easily, so they need to be folded a bit to install them. I printed them without supports, and they worked fine despite the slight overhang on top. You can install them in the tray in either orientation, but I put them in with the bed-side up. I like the look the textured build plate leaves on them.

I made two sizes for the small 1/2" holes. The regular one will hold the #0 Phillips and the 3 mm flat head, while the “expanded hole” version holds the #2 Phillips and the 6 mm flat head. The medium and large inserts work fine for the larger screwdrivers, but the smaller ones will still tilt a bit.

Built using Tinkercad.
