I used 20mm spacers and put the NVMe base on top of the pi. Spacers are screwed to the bottom of the case and to the top of the hat.

Differences of the remix compared to the original

  • Slightly taller
  • Cover is slightly longer, for tighter fit
  • Removed hole for the latch, now it holds on just friction
  • Made some notches in the back to slide NVMe hat in
  • Made power button slightly thinner so that it's easier to press
