*** Note: I have not actually printed any of these, I just made them in response to seeing a lot of people struggling to fit the shroud for printing. If you have an issue with any of them, please let me know and I will try to fix it. ***
From Left to Right on the cover picture:
Variant one - Simple Split - <200mm. Simple, straight split. Use original print orientation for both parts (front down) Good if you are doing the shroud all in one color.
Variant two - FakeAMS - <180mm. Three part split that makes it look like you used an AMS/MMU for a color stripe. Use original print orientation for all parts (front down.) This makes the pic rail overhangs pretty sus for the bottom piece, so an alternate bottom is provided that can be printed the opposite direction (back down.)
Variant three - Interlocking Pattern - <180mm. More complex two part split that mimics the interlock geometry, will make a contrasting color choice look more interesting.
