I designed this thing so I can position the vas6430 board in front of my car and be able to adjust it easily.

This thing allows me to adjust the angle relative to the car, the angle relative to the ground, and the height of the pannel.

I don't recommend using a frame for the pattern. Instead use a board of some sort that's perfectly flat and does not bend.

 You will need:

  1. 4 pieces of 2M wood sticks of 18X18mm:
    1. 4xpieces cut at 1400mm
    2. 4x pieces cut at 170mm
  2. 2xM10X100mm+ screws (rounded head with a squared neck)
  3. 4x M10 washers
  4. 2 M10nuts
  5. 2xM3x30+mm screws
  6. 2XM3 heated inserts
  7. various screws for screwing the thing together into the woods

The wood is easy to work with, so you may easily find workarounds if youre missing parts. You can use thicker wood, but you will not be able to use the top hinge.

For my Passat B8 variant I need to position the board 1200mm from the ground to the middle of the black dots, or 1570mm from the ground to the top edge of the black square. You will need to position the board 1500mm from the middle of the front wheels.
