I printed with PLA, 0.2mm height and 25% gyroid infill.
If you want more precise square you could do some precise sanding.

Holes B-D form silver ratio Θ*10mm=~24.14

A-B is Θ/2

The silver ratio is 
Θ = 2.414213… = 1 + sqrt(2)
