Noisemaker - Ratchet

Self designed ratchet as single print without support.
 

Version2 with 

• improved handle stability, 
• oval holes at sides for better print quality at bridges
• increased bottem phase at turning part to prevent it from sticking to housing

settings:

• Pre-settings Prusament PETG
• Material: PETG
• layer hight: 0.2mm
• infill: 15% Gyroid
• wall thickness: 5
• bottom layer: 5
• top layer: 5

importent hints:

• the part might be hardly turning right after printing. 
• try carefully to turn it more and more.
• if the bottom is sticking together, try to cut it carefully with sharp knife.
• rotate it for a while until it turns more easlily
