Operation: Hand load the first round without the speed loader, Mag speed loader  will only go on the  magazine in one direction put fingers in the slots on the side and base of the magazine on your thumb or palm of your hand squeeze to push the First round down and place new round under the feed lips of the magazine raise the mag loader up and then push the new round back in the magazine, Repeat. 

NOTE: their is a small part of the follower in the magazine that looks like a spike that can stick out of a hole in the side of the magazine not allowing you to load more it will catch while trying to load the third round, just cut this piece off and it will function properly.
