Clamp Lever for screen printing frame - (work in progress)

This clamp is designed so that it can be used to attach xtool screen printing frame easy and repeatable into my co2 laser. This enables me to align multiple frames for multicolour screen-printing exactly in the same spot.

Needed:

• printed 3d parts, printed in PETG or PLA, 0.2mm, 3 perimeters and 100% infill.
• one M3 screw (25 or 30mm long)
• M3 Nut
• well tuned printer, because of the small tolerances.

This is currently a proof of concept, and I need to make some adjustments to make it a little be stronger (especially the cylinder). But the lever is working when you are carefully to adjust the screw-position of the Clamp_levelFeet in the correct position. You only need a little bit of clearance for the aluminium frame. 

off-course these clamps can be used for other clamping situations.
