I liked the integrated compliant lead screw nut mount design used on the Ender NG CoreXY mod, so I made one for the stock Ender 3 with the 18mm lead screw nuts, not the circle kind with 4 holes. The design should mostly isolate the lead screw's wobble from the z-axis, reducing the transfer to the prints. PETG is recommended because it needs to be somewhat flexible to work properly.
Post Processing will be necessary as there is a 2mm gap between the top and bottom surfaces, so there will be some loose bits due to printing in mid air. Tweezers to pick out loose pieces and a thin file/sanding stick is recommended to ensure smooth movement.
The stock M3x6mm screws work for mounting the mount to the bracket, and M3x12mm screws work for mounting the nut to the mount.
