Sony LAM-Z05 Replacement Speaker Grilles

This is a replacement speaker grille I designed for my Sony LAM-Z05, after mine did not arrive with them.

These are made so that you can cut and trim a mesh or cloth fabric of your choice to sew into the frame.

Printing Instructions

• Print the frame flat side down (with the holes for the grommets facing up)
• Print the clip long side down also
• Print the grommets in TPU

Assembly Instructions

1. Print all your parts.
2. Cut an 85mm x 125mm piece of fabric.
3. Stretch the fabric and clip it on each opposing side of the frame.
4. Cross-stitch the fabric, then stretch and repeat for the other side to maintain tension.
5. Repeat for the other lengths.
6. Place the clip over the frame
7. Insert the grommets
8. Trim the fabric as needed for appearances
9. Place onto the speakers.
