Notes:

The Silent Wings 4 fan can be mounted with the DIN 7983 in lengths 9.5mm, 13mm and 19mm, the longer the length, the more contact service there will be. 

One might want to print 2 clips with 26% and the other 2 at 100% infill, so those slide more easy over the cooling fins, whilst the other 2 have enough clamping force for the unit to be mounted vertical.
