A simple clip that can be used to anything in place without anything more than 1 rubber band.

You can also print two separate pieces and connect them with 2 rubber bands for thicker items.

I use this to keep my blinds closed because my cat likes to open them while we sleep.

 

15% infill, 2 walls and a smirk on your beautiful face.
