Pinewood Derby Wheels, easy-print

Optimized to print well in batches on an FFF-style printer without post-processing.

Note the use of sequential printing  mode, which avoids inter-wheel strings and the associated surface defects. Also note the use of the ‘Archimedean chords’ pattern on the bottom layer for a spiral pattern that produces nice-looking sidewalls.

I think these wheels are a little narrower than the standard for pinewood derby, but the mass is about the same. I paired these wheels with Peterfn's car body.

Chopped off the rounded edge. Placed flat on the print bed. Applied sequential printing and ‘Archimedean chords' pattern.
