Leatherman Bit Holder

I combined the two bit holders made by Leatherman into one single piece that fits behind the tool in the pouch. The bits slide in and out ok, but the tolerances are tight enough so they don't fall out too easily. Some might need a good push to slide them out. 

The Fusion360 file has a small hole for the eyeglass bit, but I have not had the chance to print this version and test the tolerances yet. I printed this standing upright with a 5mm brim and it worked well. Use supports.
