All-In-One Tamperstation

Ich wollte eine Tamperstation, die zum einen schlank ist und in meine Küche passt und zum anderen alles unterbringen kann, was man so braucht. Zudem sollte sie Umikot kompatibel sein. So entstand die All-In-One Tamperstation.

Die Station hat folgende Merkmale:

1. Eine Aussparrung für den Tamper. Sie hat einen Durchmesser von 65mm.
2. Eine Aussparrung für den Umikot 58mm von @redfoxdude.
3. 2 Aussparrungen für puck screens(1mm und 1,7mm)
4. Eine fürs Unterbringen des Pinsels 16mmx16mm
5. Die Seite bietet Platz für 2 Siebe. Maße L190mmxB70mmxH30mm
6. Und zu guter letzt eine Vorrichtung für den Siebträger. Ausgelegt auf 58mm Siebträger. Der Einsatz, auf welchem der Siebträger liegt sollte aus PETG oder ähnlichem gedruckt werden, da dort der heiße Siebträger aufliegt. Falls er sich mit der Zeit verformt muss nur dieser gewechselt/neu gedruckt werden. Zudem sollten die oben schichten mit mehr Perimetern gedruckt werden durch die Drucklast beim tampen.
7. Vorne ist ein 5,6mm großes Loch wo ein Gewinde mit Schraube verbaut werden kann um den Siebträger zu stützen

Die komplette Station kann in jedem Material gedruckt werden. 
Das Inlet sollte in PETG ooder ähnlichem gedruckt werden. 
Es passen sowohl Siebträger mit also auch ohne Boden.

Ich bin zufrieden mit dem Workflow der Tamperstation und ich hoffe ihr seid es auch :)

I wanted a tamper station that was slim and would fit in my kitchen, as well as being able to accommodate everything I needed. It also needed to be Umikot compatible. That's how the All-In-One tamper station came about.

The station has the following features:
 

1. A recess for the tamper. It has a diameter of 65mm.
    
2. A recess for the Umikot 58mm from @redfoxdude.
    
3. 2 recesses for puck screens (1mm and 1.7mm)
    
4. One for accommodating the brush 16mmx16mm
    
5. The side offers space for 2 screens. Dimensions L190mmxW70mmxH30mm
    
6. And last but not least, a device for the portafilter. Designed for 58mm portafilters. The insert on which the portafilter rests should be printed from PETG or similar, as this is where the hot portafilter rests. If it becomes deformed over time, only this insert needs to be replaced/reprinted. In addition, the top layers should be printed with more perimeters due to the pressure load during tamping.
    
7. There is a 5.6mm hole at the front where a thread with screw can be installed to support the screen carrier
    

The complete station can be printed in any material. 
The inlet should be printed in PETG or similar.
Both portafilters with and without a base fit.
