After a lot of use the strap on my 3m 7503 became very brittle and snapped. perhaps due to exposure to solvents and paints. I looked online for a 3d printed replacement to save a buck and found one, but it relied on glue to hold it in place. This remixed version instead forgoes clips to use a simple series of holes to thread the strap through to keep it fixed. This also makes it adjustable.
I was originally going to print with PP filament but CA glue didn't hold the 2 parts together as well, so I printed in PETG instead and it looks okay. ABS and some hobby cement would probably be my first choice but I did not have any on hand. You could probably avoid gluing the 2 parts together altogether if you loop the straps in firmly.
The model is not very clean as it was thrown together extremely quickly.
The author remixed this model.
Added loops so that no clips or glue is necessary to attach straps. Simple glue the male and female parts together and you can thread the straps in. It holds pretty good.
