prototype planoconvex lens with a customisable lens curvature for being processee by the sacrificial coat & annealing salt method

Hi everybody,

A file to be processed with openjscad.

The aim is to provide a parametric lens file enabling the printing of optical element by FDM.

Salt annealing method was performed as described

At 185°C for 1 hour.

As already mentionned the relatively bad precision of m3d printer does not allow to get a bubble free environment when printing.
It is transparent and free of salt frost effect but the bubbles inside affects the lens...

Maybe some will be more successful
