pirate saber snap fit for kid

Hi everybody,
we bought a saber for my son halloween disguise for a 3 years old as recommended accessory but the saber was not below 14 years old as very sharp edges and a 3years old may injured himself and other as well....so I decided to design one as snap fit!
I used freecad and a svg of a skullI found and use to engrave the blade on both sides! but I can do a pirate myself as well I can draw well but I wanted to speed up the process.
