Prusa MK3 PiCam mount with X motor cable clamp

I really liked the two designs linked below but obviously they would not work together... But wait, yes they will!

Introducing the PIcamcableclamp :)

This is a remix/combination of two things:

The main support arm is from:
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2956323

and the cable clamp is from:
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2887361

The only change to either design was the chamfers along the underside of the cable clamp arm. It was fine in it's original orientation but in this orientation was less than 45 and was drawing the attention of the support generator. I trimmed the corners to be at 45.

The remaining parts can be grabbed from their respective original thing (cable clamp end, camera case, etc).

[Edit] Added cable clips to help contain the unruly ribbon cable. 11mm goes on the fattest part of the arm, 7mm on the thinnest.

[Update: 29Dec2018] After doing some overdue maintenance I found out that once the needed X-Belt adjustments had been made the arm would no longer mount to the motor (due to the adjusted motor being rotated differently than before). The V2 updated version trims two mm from the top of the motor mount.
