M3 drop-in nut for 3030 extrusion

Needed some M3 drop-in nuts for 3030 extrusion since M3 is all I have on hand but couldn't find one to print, hence this. It seems to print best in the default orientation but YMMV. Hope you find it useful.

Update: Added a version with a cavity for an M3 nut.
