Printed on fdm printer @ 0.2 layer height.

Use 4 or 5 perimeters, 20% infill.  No supports

I used the mouse ears at the corner to prevent lifting, they are 0.2mm high so can be popped off after printing. 

I made the mounting area deeper so it distributes the load of the heavy build plate better.  It is also a bit taller so now the latch will engage it to hold it from moving.  I deleted the wrench hole of the far side as I didn't use it.  I also beveled off the corner because the original stuck up too far and hit my lid when I closed it the first time.  Note: I changed the file a bit as some people found it too loose.  It's a slight interference fit now, your fit may vary a bit depending on your printer.
