This is a super simple model that goes really well with my vertical Shadows of Brimstone Enemy Sheet holders. This keeps all those faction, tribe, trait, and other similar cards connected to their respective Enemy Sheet, making it much easier to see and remember all the game mechanics in play for that Enemy.
This was inspired by episode 5 of the Grit Podcast, a Shadows of Brimstone podcast.
Print Settings
I printed mine with a 0.6 nozzle and 0.35mm layers for a very speedy print and a 3mm brim for stability, in the same orientation you see here. That was to avoid supports and to put the layers perpendicular to the cards, making a snag less likely to occur.
Using a 0.4 nozzle may require some adjustments to your perimeter settings. I recommend a test print or two before you commit to a batch of clips.

The gap is 0.6mm. For me, it works really well with both sleeved and non-sleeved cards. It holds with just enough grip without damaging the cards. However, printers, tolerances, and card sleeve thicknesses vary, so I added some alternatives. (I'm kind of obsessed about not damaging cards)
