Torsen Differential Type 2 - with base

My second remix to add a proper base and driving gear. The model is complete with the simplifications from my other remix.

Additional hardware

• 3x M3x25 bolts with nuts

Printing

1. Print the two halves of the carrier
2. Print 3x right planet gears and 3x left planet gears
3. Print left and right drive gear
4. Print main drive gear
5. Print spacer
6. Print base and right support
7. Print axle and drive wheel

No supports should be necessary. There is some bridging for some parts (left/right drive gear). 

Assembly

Gears are aligned as seen below (carriers removed). Left (purple) and right (green). “Left” is up in the picture.

The dark blue part is the spacer.

Base

The base can be used without gluing. Mount the axle as shown in the pictures and use a piece of filament to lock the main drive gear to the axle. This will "permanently fix the main drive gear. The differential can be taken off the base by loosening the right support.

Printed example

Generic PLA is used. 0.2mm layer height.
