The NanoVNA-H4 neatly pops onto this stand, held in place by small lugs that fit into the screw holes on the back of the device. It leaves all the controls accessible and has enough clearance for a small USB C cable at the bottom. There is a notch at the bottom-right to hold the stylus.
Make sure the lugs are not too tight so they don't get stuck in the device. I didn't need to, but you may need to sand them down slightly if they are a tight fit. The stand is hollow so doesn't use as much filament as it looks like. I printed in PLA+ at 15% infill with no supports and it turned out great.
Please note, there are several versions of the NanoVNA, and this stand will only fit the H4 version that looks exactly like the photo.
