This is an upgrade to the original filament guide that comes with the Ender 3 Pro, designed to enhance the smoothness of filament feeding. The model uses two ball bearings to ensure that the filament spool rotates with minimal friction, providing equal tension to the nozzle. This results in a more consistent and reliable filament feed during prints.

Key Features:

  • Enhanced Smoothness: The model incorporates two ball bearings to reduce friction, making the filament spool rotation much smoother than the stock guide.
  • Durable Ball Bearings: Each ball bearing utilizes 9 metal balls (6mm in diameter), which are essential for optimal performance (metal balls not included and need to be purchased separately).
  • Easy Assembly: The guide requires 3 M2.5 screws to connect the two inner parts of each ball bearing (screws not included).
  • Customizable Fit: Designed to fit seamlessly with the Ender 3 Pro filament spool holder.

Important Notice:

Make sure to have these items on hand before printing to ensure proper assembly and smooth functionality:

  • 18x 6mm metal balls for the ball bearings.
  • 3x M2.5 screws to secure the inner parts of the bearings.

Pro Tip for Optimal Performance:

To further improve the smoothness and rotation of the ball bearings, it’s recommended to lightly sand the areas where the ball bearings sit. This will ensure an even better fit and reduce any potential friction during use.
