This is a remix of JohnTran_309510's Ender S1 Sprite Extruder CR-Touch Mount, for use with sensors other than the Creality CRTouch probe.
There are two versions of the mount itself. The file named “BL2CRTouch_Mount.stl” has a provision for attaching an ornament to the front facing edge in front of the CRTouch mount of the Sprite. The file named “BL2CRTouch_Mount_Naked.stl” is the base model without a provision for adding an ornament. I've included two ornaments. The ornament I use is a skull with two crossed wrenches and is a two part print. The other ornament I've included is a dragon head.
Both mounts and ornaments print best as oriented in the STL files with supports to buildplate only. The wrenches that accompany the skull prints best as oriented in the STL, but I would strongly recommend adding a brim to the wrenches, not just for bed adhesion, but since I usually print them in white and spray them with a silver shaker can. Printing the wrenches with a brim, and leaving it on for painting makes those tiny pieces far easier to handle. The shims print easily as oriented in the STL without supports or any other considerations. I didn't need any shims using this model with my Geeetech 3DTouch sensor, but I included them in case somebodies setup needs to lower the sensor position.
The author remixed this model.
Removed some material from the sensor end so that it will work with BLTouch and knock-off sensors. I opened the mounting holes for the sensor and added cut-outs for making nuts captive in the top for easier sensor installation/removal. I added an opening for replacing the sensor probe without having to remove the sensor. I added the skull & wrench design I like to put on all of my machines.
